Recording Wild Cello

The week before Christmas I recorded my new beginner cello book – Wild Cello – at the Cecil Lewis Room at Oundle School. This is a wonderful room to play in and it always feels rather special to be surrounded by portraits of former Oundle headmasters. I have no idea what they would think of the music, but I hope they’d enjoy it.
This is probably the last cello recording I’ll make, and I feel a sense of relief about that, as I am always nervous. Many thanks to OundleSchool, to pianist Fergus Black and to recording engineer Hugh Davies.
